Bianco Frizzante

The Bianco Frizzante “Outsider” wine comes from the “Lame del Sorbo” hills from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Basic white wine that makes an aging in steel for about 12 months, and then bottled with the addition of the following year’s fresh must, rich in yeasts natural and sugar. The bottles are aged for about 10 months in the bottle on the lees, without disgorging. A wine sparkling to be served very cold, rich in fruity and citrus notes.
